THE FOUNDATION’S ACTIVITIES RELATED TO HEALTHCARE

The Magnetto Foundation places great emphasis on the area of health. In particular, the Foundation intends to promote health research and experimentation in the area of cardiovascular diseases, with specific regard to the prevention of stroke.
The Foundation also supports activities and research related to childhood health problems (immunology, diabetes, rare diseases…) and neurodegenerative diseases (ALS, Alzheimer’s).
Therefore, the Foundation’s activities take the form of conducting and supporting targeted projects over time, providing research grants and scholarships, promoting related activities, and organizing conferences and congresses.
